  • Recommend process improvements in marketing intelligence.

Role Overview

As a Systems Analyst you will be the key link between sales, marketing and market intelligence supporting system-related processes across Latin America. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic insight to optimize marketing & sales performance.

Typical Day
  • Collaborate with the LA sales & marketing team to resolve system-related issues (CRM, BI, ERP) and coordinate with IT when needed.
  • Collect, structure and analyze internal and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop strategic dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Promote a data-driven and analytical culture within the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between business areas and market intelligence ensuring alignment and actionable insights.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements in marketing intelligence.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience with CRM, BI tools, ERP systems and data visualization platforms.
  • Analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced or fluent Spanish required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Hands‑on proactive and detail‑oriented mindset.
