What to Expect
  • Provide exceptional support to core users (school administrators) through various channels, including a ticketing system and Zoom meetings
  • Assist end-users (payers) with troubleshooting and resolving payment-related issues via phone and email
  • Manage and prioritize multiple open support cases across different channels
  • Analyze and resolve technical problems, guiding customers to knowledgebase solutions as needed
  • Communicate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and assist with identifying system bugs and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a school business office or software industry, with direct end-user support experience preferred
  • Prior knowledge and experience with accounting, online payment processing, and/or the banking industry
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under various constraints while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new software
