A technology solutions provider based in Brazil is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist. You will manage daily operations including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and deploying endpoints across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in endpoint management tools, Azure services, and scripting for automation. This role also involves providing remote support and maintaining documentation and asset reports.

Qualificações

  • Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune and SCCM.
  • Solid understanding of Azure services, including Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Skills in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Terraform.

Responsabilidades

  • Support daily EUC operations including hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Deploy and manage endpoints across various OS using modern tools.
  • Administer Azure AD and enforce compliance for security.

What You’ll Do
  • Support day‑to‑day EUC operations: hardware / software troubleshooting, patching, imaging, security updates, asset inventory, disposal.
  • Deploy and manage endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using modern tools: Intune, SCCM / MECM, Jamf, Autopilot, VDI.
  • Administer Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint; enforce compliance (SAML, SCIM, MFA, SSO); enhance endpoint security (Defender, encryption).
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge base, asset reports; provide vendor coordination and Level‑1 / 2 / 3 support.
  • Lead device provisioning recommendations, hardware refresh cycles, user training, and helpdesk hand‑offs.
  • Configuring MS O365 clients and troubleshooting relevant issues.
  • Provide end user support, physical and remotely
