You will collaborate with the hiring manager, ensuring accuracy in applicant information while promoting diversity and inclusion.   • Consult with hiring manager and compensation team to develop offer package.
  • Negotiate the offer package with candidates.
  • Enter all applicant flow and recruiting information accurately.

  • Develop and extend the offer package based on discussions.
  • Provide new hire information to the HR contacts in a timely manner.

  • Enter all applicant flow and recruiting information in the Recruiting System and provide new hire information to the appropriate HR Administrative processing contacts in a timely, accurate and complete manner
