Overview

Senior Technical Lead Engineer / Senior Software Engineer roles with focus on Systems, Platforms, Blockchain, Web3, Synchronization, Architecture. Location: Remote, candidate must be located in commutable distance to Sao Paulo. This position requires hands-on engineering, with enthusiasm for coding and leading architecture and product roadmap efforts.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and synchronize messaging systems; participate in event-driven architectures with Kafka.
• Integrate payments and Web3 solutions; stay at the forefront of crypto/Web3 trends.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
• Engineer smart contracts and other blockchain technologies where applicable.
• Design and implement database architectures; ensure secure, scalable data models.
