Base salary up to $181,419 per year
Annual employee bonus program

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • California RN, NP, and Furnishing Licensure required.
  • Certification in area of specialty required (e.g., RN, NP, Pharm-D).
  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, medical management, change management, and/or leadership.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role.

  • Manage new projects and initiatives with direct training impacts, ensuring successful delivery of clinical training programs.
  • Drive clinical results by supporting employees through their full life cycle, overseeing trends in clinical performance.
  • Engage the SCAN clinical community through networking opportunities and professional development.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver training solutions that meet organizational needs.

  • 2+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Graduate or Advanced Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working with both Medicaid and Medicare
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to facilitate the development of new clinical products and services
  • Knowledge of project and program management principles
