We’re seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the last mile Engineering organization in Brazil, managing comprehensive Design, Project, and Process Engineering operations for Amazon Logistics (AMZL) and Amazon Transportation Systems (ATS). • Explore viability of new and existing technologies to the local market and business conditions

About the team

The Emerging Countries Engineering team is a WW business support function that innovates and scales best in class processing infrastructure for the logistics business in Amazon. The team combines local presence with central / WW development of long term solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering leadership experience
• Track record of scaling engineering organizations across multiple geographies
• Experience managing complex programs across diverse stakeholder groups
• Background in logistics, supply chain or related processing infrastructure development
• Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing multicultural teams
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Educational degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or post graduate technical degree
• Experience in emerging countries
• Multi‑lingual capabilities
• Previous experience with Amazon or major logistics operators
