We are looking for a Specialist / Coordinator – Talent Development, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, On-site, in the city of Londrina-PR.
The Talent Development Specialist / Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of training and development initiatives, working on projects focused on associate development. This professional will play a key role in organizing training logistics, onboarding new talents, collaborating with vendors, and supporting corporate programs, as well as performing translation, updating, and reviewing learning materials.
Manage learning programs in a self-organized manner, ensuring delivery timelines, quality, and the right audience.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and develop comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational objectives and associates' development needs.
Familiarity with learning management systems and other e-learning tools to support content delivery, tracking, and reporting.
Analyze key metrics and draw insights to foster a learning culture within Corporate Functions.
Manage various training initiatives across different Corporate Functions.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate learning needs are captured and successfully implement talent development initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Identify, research, select, and create relevant content from various sources for strategic learning initiatives.
Clearly and concisely articulate ideas through written and verbal communication to maximize impact and learner understanding.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR and organizational learning.
