The ideal candidate will have fluency in Portuguese and strong technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and Viva. Responsibilities include delivering proactive services and workshops, as well as integrating Viva components. Qualificações

• Must be fluent in Portuguese, both written and oral.
• Experience in design and development of Viva components is essential.

In this role you will leverage your technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and Viva to deliver proactive services and workshops to premier enterprise customers in Brazil.

Required Proficiencies

• Fluent / native Portuguese written & oral communication
• Design and development experience in major Viva components
• Experience in integrating Viva with relevant technologies
• Deep knowledge and experience in Teams Telephony and app development
• Experience in customer and stakeholder management
