Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly technical professional to join the Business Technology (BT) organization. A solutions architect creates the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem. They design, describe, and manage the solution. In many ways, this person builds the bridge between a business problem and the technology solution and outlines each of the phases and requirements required to make that solution work.

Essential Functions

• Design and develop innovative, scalable, efficient and secure solutions such as, [Quality Automation architecture and platforms for automation with API and messaging based test frameworks] with Global scale readiness.
• On a global scale across Bunge, within a highly complex projects and ever changing environment, lead the design, development and advancement of [test automation framework for Enterprise platforms ensuring reusability and maintainability of test scripts].
• Applies highly technical expertise to provide recommendations and roadmaps which solve complex problems without clear precedent.
• Design, debug, and monitor performance of solutions.
• Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions.
• Regularly communicating new features and benefits to partners, internal customers, and other stakeholders.
• Providing technical leadership to Agile Squads and/or DevOps development teams, ranging in size from 6-8 team members, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Developing proof-of-concept projects to validate your proposed solutions.
• Bring a new & alternative perspective when reviewing and validating solutions designs from other team members.
• As a Solution Architecture expert, demonstrate thought leadership & influence beyond the scope or your own team and throughout Bunge.
• Accountable for developing & monitoring the solution’s budget.
• Advise and support strategy and business technology leaders to understand, apply, monetize, and operationalize existing, new, and emerging technologies to transform automation requirements into scalable and resilient solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience required, computer science degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as QA Automation Architecture roles for end-to-end automation design experience.
• 11+ years of experience in designing & developing large scale, global solutions leveraging methodologies such as [Quality Engineering, Automation Tools and framework such as Selenium, Junit, Cucumber, Postman, Selenium, TOSCA or similar].
• Proficiency in complex automated software test suite for SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Google GPC and Integration Platforms.
• Develop and maintain test plans that cover all aspects of the product.
• Automate test cases to reduce manual effort, improve test coverage and considerably reduce testing timelines.
• Lead and execute the development and execution of automated test scripts across a variety of applications, work with development team to identify and fix defects early in the development process and reduce time to market.
• Extensive architecting test automation suite experience with standard creation, procedure enforcement, and execution monitoring.
• Extensive automation experience with Test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Junit, Cucumber, Postman, Selenium, TOSCA or similar.
• Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.
• Familiarity with programming script languages including Java and VBScript.
• Strong understanding on API Testing, TestNG with Rest Assured/Web Services and SQL dB development experience.
• Integrate cloud automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.
• Use knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.
• Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles.
• Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and preparing others for change.
