A technology solutions provider is looking for a Senior Specialist - Software Engineer with extensive experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics. The candidate will act as a subject matter expert, partner with stakeholders for requirements, and mentor junior staff. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce analytics and advanced analytic techniques is essential. This is a remote role based in Brazil, offering opportunities for strategic contributions and leadership in analytics projects.

Qualificações

  • 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, or related BI/analytics platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
  • Expertise in dashboard design and data modeling.

Roles & Leadership Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CRM Analytics capabilities and best practices.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on analytics findings to drive business outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts and developers, fostering best practices in CRM Analytics development.
  • Identify gaps in existing analytics capabilities and propose innovative, value-driven solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, or related BI / analytics platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
  • Expertise in dashboard design, data modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Strong understanding of customer data, CRM processes, and business KPIs.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead analytics projects in an enterprise environment.
