A leading tech company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Software Engineer with extensive experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics. In this remote role, you will act as a subject matter expert, partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective analytics solutions, and mentor junior analysts. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in CRM Analytics and strong skills in dashboard design and data modeling.

Qualificações

• 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, or related BI/analytics platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM).
• Proven ability to lead analytics projects in an enterprise environment.

Roles & Leadership Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CRM Analytics capabilities and best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on analytics findings to drive business outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and developers, fostering best practices in CRM Analytics development.
• Identify gaps in existing analytics capabilities and propose innovative, value-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, or related BI / analytics platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
• Expertise in dashboard design, data modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
• Strong understanding of customer data, CRM processes, and business KPIs.
