A technology solutions provider is seeking a Senior Specialist - Software Engineer to act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce CRM Analytics. The role involves mentoring junior analysts, partnering with stakeholders to develop technical analytics solutions, and providing strategic recommendations based on data findings. The ideal candidate has 7-11 years of experience in CRM Analytics, proficiency in Salesforce Analytics, and strong leadership skills. This position is remote, based in Brazil.

Qualificações

  • 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics or related BI/analytics platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM).
  • Proven ability to lead analytics projects in an enterprise environment.

Roles & Leadership Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CRM Analytics capabilities and best practices.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on analytics findings to drive business outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts and developers, fostering best practices in CRM Analytics development.
  • Identify gaps in existing analytics capabilities and propose innovative, value-driven solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, or related BI / analytics platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
  • Expertise in dashboard design, data modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Strong understanding of customer data, CRM processes, and business KPIs.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead analytics projects in an enterprise environment.
