Key Points

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the organic social media strategy aligned with brand tone, content pillars, and marketing goals.
- Plan and maintain the content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X).
- Create and produce high‑performing posts – static, video, stories, lives, carousels.
- Source and integrate UGC, testimonials, and influencer content into the feed.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions in a timely, brand‑consistent manner.
- Track channel performance and report on KPIs: engagement rate, reach, growth, saves, shares, and sentiment.
- Identify trends, conversations, and opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and creating content for social media platforms.
- Background working with D2C e‑commerce brands.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of audience engagement and content planning.
- Experience collaborating with creators and influencers.
- Excellent visual and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, deadline‑driven, and full of fresh ideas.
- Content‑creator experience is a strong plus (not mandatory).
- Experience in the wellness industry – prior work with supplements highly appreciated.
