Position: Full‑time Social Media Manager (Remote). Location: 100% Remote.

Key Points


  • Fully remote, full‑time contractor role.

  • Background in B2C marketing preferred.

  • Must be available during EU hours (GMT).


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage the organic social media strategy aligned with brand tone, content pillars, and marketing goals.

  • Plan and maintain the content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X).

  • Create and produce high‑performing posts – static, video, stories, lives, carousels.

  • Source and integrate UGC, testimonials, and influencer content into the feed.

  • Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions in a timely, brand‑consistent manner.

  • Track channel performance and report on KPIs: engagement rate, reach, growth, saves, shares, and sentiment.

  • Identify trends, conversations, and opportunities to keep the brand relevant.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience managing and creating content for social media platforms.

  • Background working with D2C e‑commerce brands.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong understanding of audience engagement and content planning.

  • Experience collaborating with creators and influencers.

  • Excellent visual and written communication skills.

  • Self‑motivated, deadline‑driven, and full of fresh ideas.

  • Content‑creator experience is a strong plus (not mandatory).

  • Experience in the wellness industry – prior work with supplements highly appreciated.

  • Strong project‑management skills; drive projects from concept to completion.
