Social Media Content Creator + Social Media Manager (Design, Copywriting & AI Video)
What you'll own (end-to-end). You'll be responsible for producing and publishing high‑quality social content that matches each brand’s style and speaks naturally to English‑speaking audiences.
Deliverables
- Carousels & static creatives (IG / LinkedIn / Facebook)
- Short‑form videos (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts style)
- English copywriting (captions, hooks, CTAs, campaign copy)
- Hashtag strategy & posting (scheduling, formatting, consistency)
- Visual assets for campaigns (ads, promos, launches, announcements)
Day‑to‑day Responsibilities
- Adapt quickly to each brand’s style guide (tone, visuals, formatting)
- Create on‑brand carousels (clean design, clear structure, strong hooks)
- Use AI video generation + editing tools to produce short‑form videos fast
- Write native‑level English captions that sound human, not translated
- Manage posting: captions, hashtags, tagging, scheduling, basic QA
- Keep content production organized (folders, naming, versions, approvals)
- Deliver on deadlines with a reliable weekly output cadence
Must‑have Requirements
- English copywriting: strong, natural writing for English‑speaking audiences
- Design: ability to produce polished social visuals (especially carousels)
- AI video + content creation: comfortable using AI tools to generate / edit videos and adapt to brand style
- Social media management: posting / scheduling + hashtags + formatting + consistency
Tools you'll likely use
- Design: Canva, Miro, Adobe (PS / AI), Figma (or equivalent)
- Video: CapCut, Premiere, After Effects (or equivalent)
- AI tools: Veo, Sora, Runway, Descript, HeyGen, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT (or similar)
- Scheduling: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite (or similar)
What "great" looks like in this role
- Consistently deliver on time with minimal reminders
- Content matches the brand voice without needing heavy revisions
- Captions read like they were written by a strong English marketer, not a translator
- Posts look cohesive and high quality— not templated or generic
- Handle publishing details (hashtags, formatting, tagging) confidently
Bonus points (nice to have)
- Experience building content from a brand style guide + reference posts
- Experience working with agencies or multiple brands
- Basic analytics / reporting (what worked, what to iterate)
- Ability to propose content angles and hooks proactively
Compensation & Work Setup
Remote‑friendly. Compensation based on skill + output (hourly or monthly retainer). Potential for long‑term work with steady content volume.
