Social Media Content Creator + Social Media Manager (Design, Copywriting & AI Video)

Overview
You will own the full cycle of creating and publishing high-quality social media content that reflects each brand’s style and speaks naturally to English‑speaking audiences.
Responsibilities
- Produce and publish social content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create carousels and static creatives that feature clean design, clear structure, and strong hooks.
- Use AI‑based video generation and editing tools (e.g., Veo, Sora, Runway, Descript, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects) to produce short‑form videos quickly.
- Write native‑level English captions, hooks, and CTAs that sound human rather than translated.
- Develop and execute hashtag strategy, including scheduling, formatting, and consistency.
- Create visual assets for campaigns such as ads, promos, launches, and announcements.
- Manage posting details—captions, hashtags, tagging, scheduling, and basic QA—to keep content production organized.
- Deliver on deadlines with a reliable weekly output cadence.
Must‑have requirements
- English copywriting: strong, natural writing for English‑speaking audiences.
- Design: ability to produce polished social visuals, especially carousels.
- AI video & content creation: comfortable using AI tools to generate and edit videos and adapt to brand style.
- Social media management: posting, scheduling, hashtag use, formatting, and consistency.
Tools you’ll likely use
- Design: Canva, Miro, Adobe (PS / AI), Figma (or equivalent)
- Video: CapCut, Premiere, After Effects (or equivalent)
- AI tools: Veo, Sora, Runway, Descript, HeyGen, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT (or similar)
- Scheduling: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite (or similar)
What “great” looks like in this role
- Consistently deliver on time with minimal reminders.
- Content matches the brand voice without heavy revisions.
- Captions read like they were written by a strong English marketer.
- Posts are cohesive, high quality, and not templated or generic.
- Publish details (hashtags, formatting, tagging) handled confidently.
Bonus points (nice to have)
- Experience building content from a brand style guide and reference posts.
- Experience working with agencies or multiple brands.
- Basic analytics and reporting.
- Ability to propose content angles and hooks proactively.
Compensation & Work Setup
Remote‑friendly. Compensation based on skill and output (hourly or monthly retainer) with potential for long‑term work and steady content volume.
