We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Shipping and Logistics Analyst to join our team in Sumaré Brazil. This role plays a key part in optimizing our logistics operations ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods and maintaining compliance with local and international regulations.

In addition to core logistics responsibilities this position involves close coordination with contracts teams factories finance and customers and includes coverage of certain contracts-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will be coordinating with carriers customs brokers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipments. The candidate must be adept at monitoring logistics KPIs validating import documentation and ensuring compliance with Brazilian and international regulations including NCM. By evaluating transportation modes for cost and efficiency collaborating across departments to improve logistics processes they will support the contract-related activities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in logistics shipping or supply chain operations; experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
• Working knowledge of contracts processes and ability to support or cover contract and orders related tasks
• Prior experience with electronic customer portals such as Petronect and Ariba
• Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with internal teams customers and external partners
• Experience coordinating with factories carriers customs brokers and third-party logistics providers
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with contracts finance and customer service teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and logistics performance metrics
• Familiarity with Brazilian and international shipping regulations customs procedures and documentation
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
