Uma empresa de instrumentos analíticos está buscando um Especialista/Engenheiro de Serviço de Campo no Brasil. O candidato ideal deve ter experiência em suporte técnico, instalação e manutenção, além de habilidades sólidas em atendimento ao cliente. É necessário o bacharelado em Engenharia e o domínio do Português e, preferencialmente, do Inglês. O trabalho envolve visitas a clientes e suporte regional na América Latina, com disponibilidade para viagens futuras.

Qualificações

• Mais de 2 anos de experiência em atendimento ao cliente.
• Competência com tecnologia de sistemas complexos, incluindo elétrica/eletrônica, mecânica, software e química.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer suporte técnico aos clientes da Bruker com instalação e manutenção.
• Apoiar o hotline regional e global, fornecendo suporte de 1º nível.
• Preparar relatórios de serviço e despesas de forma profissional e pontual.

We have an exciting opportuniuty for a Field Service Specialist / Engineer who will provide professional technical support by visiting the Bruker customers with installation, training, corrective andpreventive maintenance in Brazil and in one second level in Latin America.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional technical support by visiting the Bruker customers with installation, training, corrective
• and preventive maintenance in Brazil and in one second level in Latin America.
• Support regional and global customer hotline and provide 1st level support.
• Support to increase the Service contracts coverage and business.
• Support sales team for technical questions and aftermarket sales (e. g. upgrades business and new leads).
• Regular customer contacts to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Prepare service and expenses report professionally and in time.
• Translate technical manuals and service procedures when needed.

Qualificações

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Tecnologist or Technical in Electrical, Electronic, Mecatronic Engineering,
• Chemical/Material Sciences, equivalent military education.
• More than 2 years experience in customer service.
• Strong competency with complex systems technology to include electrical/electronics, mechanics, software
• and chemistry technology.

Skills and knowledge requirements:

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Ability to speak and write proficiently in Portuguese.
• Advanced level to read, speak and write in English, Spanish is one differential.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• High level technical hardware, software and network skills related to X-ray instrumentation.
• Knowledge of X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction is a big plus.
• Self organized, oriented to deadline.
• Availability to travel permanent.
• National driver´s license
