What You’ll Lead

You’ll be responsible for setting the SEO vision, guiding technical and content optimisation, and ensuring all search initiatives support measurable business outcomes. From technical audits to content direction, you will shape how SEO contributes to broader marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Define SEO strategy and growth opportunities across markets
• Oversee technical SEO audits, site health, indexing, and performance improvements
• Guide content optimisation using search intent and competitive insights
• Collaborate with creative, UX, data, and media teams to align SEO with campaign goals
• Monitor algorithm shifts and implement proactive adjustments
• Lead reporting, recommendations, and long-term SEO planning
• Support and mentor team members working across distributed teams
