Global On-Site/Virtual
This is an ideal role for a mid‑late career executive who believes passionately in the power of relationships, not just to drive business results, but also to make the world a better place.
GPT has active relationships and is chasing multi‑year deals with large multinationals for training services in a wide array of countries in EMEA, APAC and the Americas. The company is seeking to expand its training capacity by locating qualified facilitators, to whom the company will provide complete training and onboarding.
This is a part‑time project‑driven role, and availability for GPT work with reasonable advance notice of facilitation opportunities is required. This is a non‑salaried position, and so the candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset and background. Once a facilitation project is identified, the candidate must plan initially to spend several hours, sometimes a few days, to engage with the onboarding & train‑the‑trainer process. While there is no cash cost for candidate to engage (GPT invests in the onboarding & train‑the‑trainer process), candidate must have the financial capacity that allows time for onboarding before facilitation work can ramp to provide income.
Candidate will ideally have a mature background culminating as a senior manager/executive in service operations, sales, project management or learning and development in a B2B environment. Former training facilitation experience is desirable but is not required. Experience with professional coaching is a plus. Candidate should be very comfortable leading highly interactive sessions in both face‑to‑face and virtual formats. Candidate will need to demonstrate a clear understanding of the application of training to business objectives, combined with the persistence and patience to maintain communications with trainees and bring out the best in each person. Candidate will also have strong references attesting attention to detail, imperative for executing multi‑event training logistics.
Includes facilitation fees and opportunities for quality bonuses, as well as longer‑term opportunities if interested for sales commissions and new client bonuses.
