Senior Tech Sourcer

Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Sourcer to join Kake’s internal team and help build our sourcing function from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing sourcing strategies for technical roles, partnering closely with recruiters, and building strong talent pipelines. If you enjoy deep sourcing, proactive outreach, and shaping scalable processes, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with recruiters during role kick-offs to align on hiring needs, must-haves, dealbreakers, and sourcing strategy.
• Own end-to-end technical sourcing for new roles, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean search, headhunting, talent mapping, and targeted company research.
• Create tailored outreach messages to attract and engage high-quality technical candidates.
• Conduct initial profile and pre-screening assessments, identifying fit, gaps, and potential risks early in the process.
• Manage sourced candidates in the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking, stage updates, and smooth handoff to recruiters.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, supporting scheduling and follow-ups when needed.
• Contribute to building sourcing processes, best practices, and documentation as the function scales.

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or talent sourcing roles.
• Strong experience sourcing for technical profiles across different stacks and seniority levels.
• Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch using proactive sourcing techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience helping to build or scale a sourcing function.
• Familiarity with market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Experience working closely with recruiters in high‑growth environments.
