What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex business roles across Operations and non-technical departments
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using market mapping and AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Partner with leaders to define job requirements and establish realistic hiring timelines
  • Provide data-driven insights to shape hiring strategies and drive workforce planning
  • Mentor junior team members and standardize interview frameworks across Operations and business roles
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5 - 7 years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity
  • Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Strong understanding of business and Operations functions and ability to assess leadership potential
  • Experience supporting senior-level hires and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to conduct meaningful conversations assessing commercial impact and leadership potential

  • Experience in hourly hiring strategy at scale
  • Advanced networking skills within business and GTM communities
  • Familiarity with recruiting technology and process innovation
