Qualificações

  • 5-7 years experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, or networking.
  • Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.

  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is inventing the future of cloud computing with a team obsessed with helping customers. Our cloud services provide a platform for IT infrastructure used by hundreds of thousands of developers, governments and businesses worldwide. We are looking for Solution Architects to join our AWS team in Brazil and help customers make the most out of AWS services.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Be a Customer Advisor
    • In partnership with the account team, formulate and execute a strategy to enable customer success.
    • Help customers adopt AWS services and make the best use of them, driving revenue as a result.
    • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
    • Build trust with technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
  • Be a Thought Leader
    • Transfer knowledge to customers.
    • Capture and share best‑practice knowledge among the AWS solutions architect community.
    • Contribute to AWS customer‑facing publications such as whitepapers, posts or video blogs.
    • Deliver workshops, user groups, public speaking, online videos, and conferences.
  • Be in Continuous Professionalism Growth
    • Be curious, keep learning.
    • Demonstrate learning achievements through AWS Certifications.
    • Work with others to deliver more.
    • Participate in meet ups and conferences.
  • Advance Organizational Capabilities
    • Act as a technical liaison between customers and the service engineering teams to improve AWS services and capabilities.
    • Bring ideas for innovation and simplify processes.
    • Help hire and develop talents.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture or networking.
  • Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
  • 5 years of experience in technology.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Clear communication in English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively using judgment and data.
