We are seeking highly skilled engineers to join a global financial technology team supporting a major banking client. This role focuses on building and optimizing low-latency trading systems and related infrastructure. You will work on mission-critical applications in a high-performance environment, collaborating with global teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain low-latency applications primarily in Java and C++ for trading and market connectivity.
Contribute to automation, containerization, and DevOps initiatives to streamline deployment and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frameworks and tools for performance optimization.
Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices for reliability and scalability.
Work closely with stakeholders in NYC, London, LATAM and broader global regions to support strategic technology initiatives.
Strong proficiency in Java and C++ with a focus on low-latency systems.
Experience with Python for scripting and automation.
Solid understanding of DevOps practices , containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI / CD pipelines.
Familiarity with automation frameworks and performance tuning.
Ability to work in a non-cloud environment (on-prem infrastructure).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
