What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the design and development of AI-first user experiences and systems from concept to production

• Evolve prototypes into reliable, maintainable, and observable production systems

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on architecture and quality in production systems
• Proven success in building AI-powered products in exploratory environments
• Hands‑on experience in designing and operating AI systems, including integrating models into user workflows
• Proficiency in Python/Django, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and PostgreSQL for backend and AI‑powered experiences
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset for working with product and design teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with AI evaluation and implementing guardrails, such as safety filters and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Fluency in modern product development practices and principles, including APIs and data modeling
