Senior Shopify & Headless Developer – AVANTTi

Overview

AVANTTi seeks a technical lead for e-commerce projects, developing modern, scalable storefronts that blend traditional e-commerce with advanced web engineering.

The focus is on rapid, secure, and impeccable user experiences.

Responsibilities

Architect and build headless storefronts with React, Next.js, and Shopify Hydrogen.

Create modern, highly interactive interfaces using Tailwind CSS and TypeScript.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Shopify themes (OS 2.0) with expertise in Liquid, ensuring performance and visual fidelity.

Implement complex solutions with GraphQL and Shopify Storefront API (e.g., custom bundles, dynamic pricing, personalized experiences).

Lead initiatives to achieve sub-second load time and core Web Vitals excellence.

Integrate external ecosystems (Headless CMS, ERP, CRM, third-party tools) into a unified architecture.

Serve as a technical reference, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
