  • Establish and expand strategic partnerships with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
  • Translate national strategy into actionable regional plans, addressing unique market dynamics
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Mid-Market Sales Specialists to drive unit velocity
  • Monitor performance using data insights to optimize channel programs and enablement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Management within the B2B Telecom Carrier industry
  • Proven track record in navigating and driving initiatives with Mid-Market and Enterprise-focused US Carriers
  • Experience leading and developing a high‑performing sales or specialist team
  • Deep understanding of the mobile device lifecycle and competitive landscape in the B2B carrier space
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
