What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive results by identifying effective engagement channels with customers and executing territory growth strategies
- Close deals by prospecting new customers, validating their needs, and shaping product plans
- Manage relationships focusing on new logo acquisition and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce for reporting and progression of deals, nurturing opportunities, and closing complex sales
- Gather market intelligence to understand customer needs within the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment to C-level clients
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Proficient in MS Office products and database management
- Strong understanding of West products, experience selling into large law accounts, and knowledge of the legal profession and/or legal publishing industry
