Qualificações

  • Strong understanding of West products and the legal profession.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive results by identifying effective engagement channels with customers and executing territory growth strategies
  • Close deals by prospecting new customers, validating their needs, and shaping product plans
  • Manage relationships focusing on new logo acquisition and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce for reporting and progression of deals, nurturing opportunities, and closing complex sales
  • Gather market intelligence to understand customer needs within the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment to C-level clients
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
  • Proficient in MS Office products and database management
  • Strong understanding of West products, experience selling into large law accounts, and knowledge of the legal profession and/or legal publishing industry
