Senior Sales Consultant - North Region (Personal care products)
Your role
  • Direct customer service in regional and national retail channels, pharma wholesalers, E-commerce and Hypermarkets.
  • Management of key accounts by defining the product mix for the customer, monitoring all operational steps until delivery of orders to the customer and monitoring of sell‑out.
  • Creation and management of trade‑marketing actions and campaigns at points of sale to improve sell‑out.
  • Creation of digital media plans together with customers.
  • Management and control of physical and digital media investments in clients, as well as their impact on margin for the company.
  • Expertise in increasing the brand's market share with customers and consequently in the national market.
  • Opening new key accounts.
  • Participation in exclusive product launch projects for customers.
You’re the right fit if
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, industrial engineering or any related field to Marketing.
  • 2–3 years of related experience focused on key‑account management, e‑commerce channel management, preferably in the retail sector, appliance lines such as personal care, childcare, home appliances or related.
  • Advanced / Intermediate English is required to perform this role.
  • Commercial mind‑set and strategic thinking skills.
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and influence.
  • Builds and sustains relationships founded on trust and loyalty.
  • Knowledge in digital analytics is a plus.

For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company's facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
