Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the implementation process from quotation to customer acceptance
• Create and update project documents including implementation plans, status documents, and acceptance documents
• Lead and motivate project team members while ensuring project scope compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Resolve installation issues and maintain communication with relevant departments to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma (AS/BS/BA) or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience managing Medical Informatics IT projects, specifically RIS, PACS, VNA, and/or CVIS
• Proficiency in project management tools and/or software packages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel on company business as required

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI PMP Certification Eligible or Obtained
• Experience coordinating multiple software implementations in parallel
• Strong leadership, relationship building, conflict resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills
