Overview

Senior Project Manager, Revenue Operations at Playlist.

The Revenue Operations team is the critical link between the development and execution of the sales and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue operations projects, managing the entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and maintain strong governance and control over project execution.
  • Drive the adoption of project management best practices, methodologies, and standards across the organization.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Act as a leader within a team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in sales operations and project management, with a focus on internal sales tech stack and process improvement projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross‑functional projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales operations, Salesforce (CRM systems), and revenue operations strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and executive leadership.
  • Project management certification (e.g., Project+, Agile, PMP) is strongly preferred.
