Overview
This position is posted on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - Oncology in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing escalation support and ensuring effective communication.
- Coordinate all functional services and external vendors to meet study timelines and budgets.
- Manage project budgets, scope, and change orders, ensuring early identification and resolution of out-of-scope activities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with proactive risk management, monitoring trial and team progress through established metrics.
- Ensure quality management across projects, including eTMF readiness, corrective actions, and adherence to relevant SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead internal and client meetings, prepare status updates, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Support study-specific training, business development initiatives, and other duties as assigned to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years' clinical research experience with at least 4 years in direct project management.
- Proven experience managing complex, global clinical trials, including oncology and cell/gene therapy studies.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, project management techniques, risk management, and change management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
