Job Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary technical teams to deliver high‑quality technical products and solutions
• Engage with BWROG members to understand fleet needs and shape project scope
• Develop and manage detailed budgets and schedules with a focus on risk identification
• Facilitate committee and working‑group meetings, ensuring productive discussions and follow‑through
• Represent the employer in meetings with BWROG, regulatory bodies, and industry forums

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the nuclear energy industry, including 5 years at a commercial nuclear power plant
• Minimum 5 years of technical program or project management experience
• Strong communication, facilitation, and customer‑relationship skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep technical understanding of BWR systems and operations with 10+ years in an operating BWR
• PMP or PgMP certification
• Experience with nuclear industry working groups such as BWROG, PWROG, NEI, or EPRI
• Familiarity with GVH nuclear products and engineering processes
• Experience in nuclear regulatory affairs and interaction with the NRC
