Senior Product Designer 12-Week Contract | Brazil | Immediate Start

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to support a fast-moving staff augmentation engagement focused on conversational UX. This designer will embed directly with a client delivery team and contribute immediately to an active case.

This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused. The ideal candidate is comfortable designing conversational flows, documenting information architecture, and collaborating closely with engineers in an agile environment. Principal‑level profiles may be over‑leveled for this need.

What You'll Do

• Design conversational flows using FigJam
• Create and maintain UI components in Figma
• Document information architecture and interaction behavior for engineering handoff
• Test and validate conversational interactions
• Collaborate closely with front‑end developers to ensure smooth implementation
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and daily client meetings

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level Product or UX Designer (Principal level likely overkill)
• Strong experience with conversational UX or chat‑based interfaces
• Hands‑on expertise with FigJam and Figma
• Ability to clearly document IA and interaction logic for engineering teams
• Comfortable working in agile sprints and client‑facing delivery environments
• UX writing experience is a plus, especially for conversational or chatbot experiences

Allocation : Full-time

Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Brazil Time (daily 9 : 00 AM meetings are mandatory)
