What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Triage and respond to inbound partner inquiries effectively
- Monitor partner adherence to program compliance and manage communications with key stakeholders
- Oversee partner onboarding communications and ensure accuracy in account setup
- Manage legal requirements including agreement amendments and partner terminations
- Support event planning and logistics management for the Partner Programs and Strategy team
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Understanding of SaaS business operations and related processes
- Knowledge of relational databases and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to use Excel for data analysis and preparation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Effective time management skills to meet service level agreements in a dynamic environment
