The Operational Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the country, including delivery, strategic planning and optimization.
Plan and deliver organizational objectives, ensuring efficiency, productivity and customer experience
Develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies and procedures
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, driving improvements
Manage the team, including hiring, performance management and development.
Manage operational budget, resources, and operational expenses
Acknowledge receipt of project-related activities, gather requirements, plan team assignment and coordinate delivery
Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency
Deep expertise in operational management and process design
