The Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions at Restaurant365 will lead a team responsible for optimizing systems and solutions across the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.

The successful candidate will drive strategic direction while remaining deeply engaged in day-to-day operations, focuses on executing operational excellence through design and delivery of technology solutions that support GTM teams. The position requires strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of GTM processes, and expertise in managing complex system integrations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team focused on delivering robust technical solutions for GTM stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent communication and progress monitoring for direct reports, providing detailed direction and frequent feedback to ensure quality outcomes
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by building strong relationships with GTM stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain focused on the broader GTM strategic initiatives
  • Ownership of work management process, including request triaging, prioritization, and solution delivery in an agile environment
  • Support the technology roadmap for systems in partnership with the Manager, Enterprise Applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, RevOps and Finance teams to ensure expectations are set for deliverables within release schedules
  • Partner with GTM leadership to identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements that drive operational efficiencies
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems management, or GTM operations
  • 5+ years of people management experience, with proven ability to manage and develop high-performing technical team members
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes including Quote to Cash, CPQ, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Partner Relationship Management and Financial Operations
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and other well-known GTM tools (required)
  • Skilled in providing day-to-day support for direct reports and managing accountability measures
  • Proficiency with work management processes and agile methodology
  • Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and system optimizations that impact revenue growth
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide executive-level project updates
  • Salesforce certifications and other relevant professional certifications a plus
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
  • This position has a salary range of $139,200 - $200,000 per year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
