Qualificações

• 5+ years of legal and compliance experience, ideally multinational.
• Strong leadership in regulatory strategy and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience in compliance transformation or digital governance systems.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on the application of laws such as anti-bribery, AML, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in investigations into internal misconduct, liaising with HR and internal audit.
• Design and implement training programs on Code of Conduct, whistleblowing, and data protection.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support policy revisions accordingly.
