What to Expect

• Lead the design and delivery of data technical assistance for partners, including coaching and analytic support
• Conduct applied research using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods analyses
• Serve as the primary point of contact for selected partners, managing relationships and project deliverables
• Develop partner-facing tools and resources to support evidence-based decision-making
• Represent the employer externally through presentations and thought leadership activities

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in applied research, evaluation, education, public policy, sociology, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in mixed-methods research and evaluation methodology, design, and analysis
• Experience using Stata or R for data analysis and management
• Fluency with postsecondary data systems and common challenges in cross-sector data use
• Strong commitment to racial equity and culturally responsive/sustaining approaches

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Demonstrated experience working in postsecondary education, ideally in financial aid, dual enrollment, transfer, or articulation
• Experience working with state agencies, postsecondary institutions, school districts, and/or community-based organizations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a professional services environment

Benefits & Other Details

• Salary range $84,240 - $126,360, depending on experience and qualifications
• 403(b) with a 13 percent employer contribution once vested
