Senior Business Analyst-Operation Analysis

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Operation Analysis, comprehensively handling budget/target management, resource management, business analysis, end-to-end strategy formulation, and performance management.
2. Develop operation management frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly cycles; compile business operation reports; identify key business signals and strategic opportunities; initiate timely discussions to reach consensus; provide guidance for business development.
3. Utilize management tools such as targets, resources, indicators, and performance data to identify business issues, provide solutions, and drive achievement of business objectives.
4. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to optimize resource allocation and enhance business operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Deep understanding of Brazil market's local lifestyle and e-commerce business, with experience in developing new businesses from 0 to 1.
2. Extensive experience in budget/target management, resource management, business analysis, and performance management; strong data analysis capabilities to identify business issues and develop solutions.
3. Strong strategic planning, logical thinking, communication, coordination, and resource integration skills; ability to promote teamwork and implement commerce strategies.
4. Results-oriented, self-driven, quick to learn, resilient; adaptable to market uncertainties; innovative and bold in pursuing breakthroughs.
