What You'll Do
  • Performance Incentive Design : Develop rational sales performance frameworks aligned with business development stages and supply strategy, to drive strategy implementation and goal achievement.
  • Execution & Continuous Improvement : Lead end-to-end implementation of performance plans : plan communication, progress tracking, settlement calculations, and result reviews. Collaborate with sales teams to evaluate execution effectiveness, identify gaps, and iteratively refine sales strategies to ensure solution viability.
  • System & Process Optimization : Optimize performance management systems and processes, and partner with the product team to build tools that enhance efficiency.
What We Need From You
  • experience in business analysis or data analysis is preferred, with experience in performance evaluation, target design, or sales strategy preferred.
  • High business sensitivity, proficient in using SQL, Excel, skilled at identifying problems from data and proposing solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively coordinate resources across departments.
  • Strong work planning skills, meticulous, and highly responsible for deliverables.
