A leading telecommunications company in Brazil is seeking a skilled Lawyer to handle internal legal matters and external disputes. The successful candidate will support project bidding, draft and negotiate contracts, and provide legal consultation on various matters including customs and taxes. Candidates should have a Law degree, experience in commercial and labor law, and be fluent in English to effectively communicate and document. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualificações

• Graduated in Law required.
• Experience in commercial, tax, consumer protection, and labor law.
• Fluent English for communication and document writing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage internal legal cases and disputes with external law firms.

Job Description

• Lawyer with work experience and knowledge in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law;
• Manage internal cases and disputes with the external law firms;

Support project bidding. Experience to draft, review and negotiate contracts like, sales, services, Outsourcing / Purchase, Memorandum of understanding (MOU), Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), etc.

• Experience to prepare bilingual contracts (Portuguese and English), and some daily process operating like the payment;

Provide legal consultation related to customs, tariffs, tax and fiscal matters and any other emergency. provide legal opinions, advises and orientation in the daily work of the company.

Qualification

• Must be graduated in Law;
• Experience in the topics descriptions, especially in-house legal experience;
• Experience in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law;
• Fluent in English language to communicate and write documents;

Responsible and proactive, good communication skills as team player.
