Your Purpose

As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for your clients—the bridge between the client and Bitso. This role goes beyond simply maintaining client contact; it requires a deep understanding of who your client is, what they do, their needs, where they operate, and how we provide value. Additionally, as an Account Manager, one of your key challenges is to drive sales within your existing portfolio. Achieving this requires not only a strong understanding of your client but also a thorough knowledge of the full range of products that your client can leverage within Bitso.

Who You Are
  • 4+ years of experience selling remittances, cross-border payments, and/or complex payment solutions.
  • Previous sales or account management experience at a financial institution or large brokerage firm.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
What You Will Do
  • Manage and develop assigned accounts within your portfolio, focusing on cross-selling and budget preparation for clients, primarily in Brazil but also across the rest of the region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for target accounts, delivering personalized and proactive support.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, product expansion, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate internally with product, compliance, operations, and treasury teams to address complex and time-sensitive needs.
  • Analyze each account’s performance and behavior to generate insights and tailored strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and the launch of new solutions, such as fiat-to-crypto ramps and institutional trading products.
