Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks.
Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed.
Optimizes the flow of value across the ART.
Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.
Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
Links business strategy to technical execution.
