Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy Development Define comprehensive test strategies for SAP landscapes affected by M&A projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and integration requirements.
  • Test Planning and Scheduling Develop detailed test plans and schedules covering all relevant SAP modules (FI / CO, MM, SD, PP), coordinating timelines with project milestones.
  • Test Case Design and Documentation Create and document test cases that reflect business processes and system requirements, ensuring full coverage of critical functionalities.
  • Cross-Module Integration Testing Lead integration testing across SAP modules to validate seamless data flow and process consistency in the post-M&A environment.
  • Data Migration Validation Coordinate testing activities focused on verifying accuracy and completeness of data migration between legacy and target SAP systems.
  • Test Execution Management Oversee the execution of all testing phases (unit, integration, regression, UAT), tracking progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Defect Management and Resolution Manage defect logging, prioritization, and resolution processes in collaboration with technical teams and business users.
  • Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with business process owners, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate communication and ensure test requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation Identify potential risks in the testing lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements
  • Extensive SAP Testing Experience Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in SAP testing across multiple modules, including FI / CO, MM, SD, and PP.
  • Proven Test Management Expertise At least 3 years in a Test Manager role, leading end-to-end testing lifecycles and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • M&A and Transformation Project Experience Demonstrated success in managing SAP testing for mergers & acquisitions, system consolidations, or large-scale SAP transformations.
  • Multilingual Communication Skills Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with proven ability to manage distributed, multicultural testing teams effectively.
  • Strong Test Strategy Development Skills Ability to define and implement robust test strategies aligned with business goals and SAP integration requirements.
  • Expertise in Test Planning and Execution Skilled in developing detailed test plans, scheduling, and overseeing execution of unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
