A technology consulting company is seeking an experienced SAP / Oracle Field Service Consultant for a 6-month remote project. The role requires proficiency in Portuguese and English, and advanced Spanish. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in implementing service solutions, particularly in Field Service processes, and will support users in Brazil and Argentina. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to important projects in the region.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions, specifically in Field Service processes.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, and advanced in Spanish for direct user support.
• Strong functional/configuration experience in SAP Field Service / SM or Oracle Field Service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, multilingual support for user questions related to Service Center and Service Order processes.
• Contribute to the configuration and support of the SAP SM or Oracle Field Service modules.
• Execute effective business process analysis and solution design in support of ongoing projects.
