Overview

SAP BTP Consultant – Large-Scale International Program

We are supporting a large-scale, international transformation program and are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Consultant to join the team on a long-term engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work in a complex enterprise environment, contributing both strategically and hands-on to a modern SAP landscape.

Project Overview

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 12 months + extension
• Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Switzerland and Lisbon

Required Technical Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP in enterprise environments

Deep knowledge of:

• SAP Integration Suite (CPI, APIs, Event Mesh)
• SAP Extension Suite (CAP, Fiori, side-by-side extensions)
• SAP BTP security and identity services
• Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA landscapes
• Cloud-native mindset, including:
• CI/CD pipelines
• DevOps practices
• Scalable and resilient architectures

Professional Profile

• Proven experience working in complex, multi-brand, global organizations
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to influence architecture decisions without direct authority
• Comfortable operating at both:
• Strategic level (design, decision-making, alignment)
• Hands-on level (implementation, troubleshooting, delivery)

Nice to Have

• Experience in large transformation or rollout programs
• Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud SAP landscapes
• Consulting or system integrator background
