We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead and own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects, providing technical leadership and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead and own the full SDLC of Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura / LWC), Visualforce, SOAP / REST APIs, and declarative tools. Focus on Salesforce Vlocity development with an emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) / CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs). Manage offshore teams and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning. Provide technical leadership to junior developers, including planning, assigning, and reviewing their tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and business value. Estimate effort and timelines for user stories and tasks to support effective sprint planning. Plan and create sprints ensuring a balanced workload and alignment with project timelines and objectives. Assign tasks to team members based on skill sets, availability, and delivery priorities. Conduct daily stand‑up meetings to track progress, gather updates, and identify and resolve blockers. Coordinate cross‑functionally to ensure timely resolution of dependencies and issues impacting delivery. Liaise with the testing team to review test scenarios and support test planning activities. Coordinate with business users for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure validation of functionality and obtain final sign‑off. Conduct detailed code reviews and handle deployments using GitHub and Jenkins. Hold accountability for the successful delivery of assigned Salesforce solutions meeting both technical and business expectations. Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and proactively manage critical release updates.
