About the Role

Oxford University Press (OUP), a department of the University of Oxford, works globally to support education and research through high‑quality publishing and learning solutions. Our English Language Teaching (ELT) division in Brazil is expanding, and we are seeking for a Sales Team Leader, based in Belo Horizonte, with a strong focus on developing new customers, to join our team.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver data‑driven action plans, supporting both individual and team targets.
  • Assign accounts, define , monitor performance, and manage the adoption pipeline.
  • Oversee daily activities using KPIs and metrics; identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members, addressing skills gaps and promoting growth.
  • Ensure effective use of the CRM (Salesforce), including accurate and consistent data maintenance.
  • Collect and analyze customer insights to support product improvement and customer experience initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with OUP’s portfolio, sales enablement tools, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Area/Regional Managers on accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Uphold and model OUP’s ethical policies.
