Dynatrace, the global leader in Software Intelligence, is hiring a bilingual Sales Coordinator to join our high-performing Sales Operations team.

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on professional who's ready to support a growing sales org and make a big impact.

Must be fluent in English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

All initial interviews will be conducted in English.

What you'll do :

Serve as a trusted resource to Sales and Sales Leadership, supporting the sales process and handling internal workflows and Salesforce inquiries.

Collaborate across departments (Finance, Legal, Product, Partners, Deal Desk, etc.) to drive smooth, timely deal cycles.

Proactively communicate updates and reduce operational noise so sellers can focus on selling.

Gather feedback from sales and partner teams to recommend process and system enhancements to Sales Ops leadership.

Organize trainings and regular meetings with AEs and Sales Managers to keep operations running smoothly.

This position will report to our Sao Paulo office at least twice a week.

What will help you succeed

Minimum requirements :

Full professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese (written and verbal).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Preferred Attributes :

Experience supporting Account Executives or sales teams.

High emotional intelligence with a strong "customer-first" attitude.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Self-starter who is adaptable and solution-oriented.
